Product Care & Sizing

Here are some tips for T-shirts:

  1. Read the care label: Always follow the specific care instructions provided on the garment's care label.
  2. Wash inside out: Turning the shirt inside out can help protect the DTF print from abrasion.
  3. Cold water: Wash the shirt in cold water to preserve the print's quality.
  4. Gentle cycle: Use a gentle or delicate cycle on your washing machine.
  5. Mild detergent: Avoid using fabric softeners, harsh detergents or bleach that can damage the print.
  6. Hang dry or tumble dry low: For best results, hang dry the shirt. If you must tumble dry, use a low heat setting.
  7. Avoid ironing directly on the print: If you need to iron the shirt, iron it inside out and avoid ironing directly on the print.

By following these tips, you can help maintain the quality and longevity of your t-shirt.

HAT CARE

Product Care & Tips for Richardson Snapback Mesh Hats:

  1. Spot Clean Only:

    • Gently hand wash any dirty areas using a mild detergent and warm water. Avoid machine washing to preserve the hat’s shape and materials.
  2. Air Dry:

    • Let the hat air dry naturally. Avoid putting it in the dryer or exposing it to direct sunlight for extended periods, as this can cause fading or shrinkage.
  3. Reshape the Brim:

    • To maintain the brim’s shape, store the hat in a cool, dry place, away from heavy objects that may bend or distort it. If needed, gently reshape the brim by hand.
  4. Handle the Mesh Gently:

    • The mesh back is durable but can snag easily. Be careful around sharp objects, and avoid placing the hat in overly tight spaces.
  5. Use a Hat Shaper:

    • If you wear your hat regularly, consider using a hat shaper or storage form to help it retain its structure when not in use.
  6. Avoid Excessive Heat:

    • Keep your hat away from high heat sources like stoves, heaters, or car dashboards, which can warp the plastic snapback or cause material damage.
  7. Remove Sweat Stains:

    • Use a soft brush with a mild soap solution to gently scrub away sweat stains on the interior band. Avoid getting the mesh back overly wet during cleaning.
